General conditions of sale

RESERVING YOUR STAY

Registration for one of our stays implies acceptance of our terms and conditions of sale and GDPR, as well as the internal regulations of the campsite or residence concerned.

 

The full names, first names, and ages of all participants (including newborns) must be provided no later than upon arrival.

 

For obvious safety reasons (swimming pool, possible evacuation of the campsite, etc.) or health reasons, minors unaccompanied by an adult are not permitted.

 

Reservations for student integration weekends or groups are not permitted.

 

Any changes to your application or reservation must be notified IN WRITING.

 

Subletting is strictly prohibited, and those who present themselves will be refused access to the campsite and accommodation.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

In accordance with article L221-28 of the consumer code, you do not have a right of withdrawal.

PAYMENT TERMS

For reservations made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 25% of the amount of the booked services must be paid, as well as the non-refundable administration fee. The administration fee is €27 for stays of 5 nights, and €11 (for stays of 1 to 4 nights). The balance of your stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival date. Otherwise, and after a reminder by email or telephone, the stay will be canceled.

 

For reservations made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, full payment for the stay must be made at the time of booking by credit card.

 

Any subsequent changes to the applicable VAT rate or tourist taxes occurring between the time the rates were determined and the invoicing of the stay will result in a corresponding change in the price including tax.


Cancellation insurance is optional and payable in addition to the rental price at the same time as the deposit. Cancellation guarantee: 3% of the net price of accommodation, with a minimum of €9 (1 to 4 nights) and €22 (5 nights or more).

PRICES

Our prices include access to campsite facilities, entertainment, and the aquatic center; water and electricity (except for camping and caravanning and monthly rentals); the necessary equipment for the number of people corresponding to the chosen accommodation category (excluding additional people); space for one vehicle per rental; and access to free activities. For campsite reservations, a maximum of 6 people are allowed on the site.

 

Our prices do not include an additional car, an additional tent, an additional person, pets, a trailer, a daily visitor, cancellation insurance, administration fees, and contributions to tourist tax and household waste. Bed linen, towels, and a baby kit are available for rental on site.

 

You can reserve and pay additional cleaning fees, which we would handle. Rates vary depending on the type of accommodation (inquire at the campsite).

 

Furthermore, our prices are subject to change depending on economic and commercial conditions. Promotional offers made after the booking date are not retroactive, and no refunds will be issued for the difference in price.

 

Our campsites are not VACAF certified.

COME SEE US

If you encounter any problems with your rented accommodation, please submit a complaint to reception within 24 hours (including complaints about utensils, condition, and cleaning). We will do our best to correct them as quickly as possible.

 

After this deadline, no complaints will be considered, and you may be held responsible for any damage or missing items upon departure. We don't want that!

DEPOSIT

A €1 debit pre-authorization will be requested from your bank card before your stay (on your Clix account) or on the day of your arrival.

 

1. Accommodation Deposit:
The accommodation and rented pitches must obviously be returned in the condition in which you found them. In the event of any damage (breakages, defects, or deterioration), we will notify you and then deduct the necessary funds to restore the rental.

 

2. Cleaning/Final Cleaning Deposit:
The accommodation must be left clean upon your departure (floors cleaned, dishes washed, blankets folded and put away, trash cans emptied, cupboards clean, kitchen and shower rooms/toilets cleaned).

 

If you notice any anomalies in the condition of your rental upon arrival, you must notify the campsite (or residence) reception within 24 hours, and they will do everything possible to correct the situation as quickly as possible. Without this, we will have great difficulty in responding positively to your complaint. If the accommodation is not left clean at the end of your stay, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of cleaning and deduct it from your deposit after notifying you.

 

The deposit rates charged are as follows, depending on the accommodation category:

 

€120 deposit: Standard rental (2-bedroom chalet, Moon, Mini-Habana, Habana, Kalliopée, Tent (cabin/comfort/safari), Sun, Studio, etc.)

 

€160 deposit: 3-bedroom chalet - Resort - Bizouquet/Kids 5 - Lodge - Bart - Callisto - Thalia - Resort Bay - Caribou - 2-room apartment - Duplex - Chalet Patio 4

 

€195 deposit: Chalet Patio 6 - Bizouquet/Kids 7 - Max 4 and Max 6 - Raoul/Rose/Jasmin 4 and Raoul/Rose/Jasmin 6 - Family (1 bathroom, 4 bedrooms) - Farés - Amnésia 6 and Amnesia 8 (includes MH and Cabin) - Falabraque 6 and Falabraque 8 (includes MH and Cabin) - 3-room apartment - Gîte less than 60m²

 

€230 deposit: Super Family (2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms)

 

€290 deposit: Tribu/Tribu Bizouquet

 

€325 deposit: Tribu Villa - House/Villa/Apartment/Gîte from 60m²

 

€390 deposit: House/Villa/Apartment from 150m²

 

You have the option to purchase an end-of-stay cleaning service. This package is billed according to the category of your accommodation, and the rates are available at reception or in the FAQ section of our website. This service, out of respect for our cleaning teams, does not exempt you from leaving the accommodation in a minimum state of cleanliness (garbage bins emptied, dishes washed, blankets folded, trash cleaned up).

 

3. Other deposits:
A deposit may be required at certain campsites for Top Presta pitch rentals, barbecue rentals, bicycle rentals, the provision of barrier badges, or any other special service.

OUR ACCOMMODATION AND SERVICES

Given the diversity of the accommodations offered, there are some differences in the layout, age, and decor of the rentals. We also remind you that any requests regarding a specific orientation or location are an additional service. When making your reservation, you can specify a pitch that meets your expectations, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, this does not constitute a contractual guarantee.

 

We cannot be held responsible for emergency work undertaken by the campsite, by public authorities, or by a nearby private individual that could inconvenience our guests on our grounds.

 

Please note that at the beginning and end of the season, some shops and activities may be closed (please inquire).

 

The campsite may occasionally close a playground in the event of a technical problem that could result in a lack of safety for guests.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Arrival and departure times may vary depending on the campsite. Generally, accommodations are available from the afternoon and must be vacated by late morning. For exact times, please contact the campsite directly.

 

For late arrivals or early departures, you must notify the campsite (or residence). Pitches and mobile homes are allocated based on availability and may be changed at any time before the keys are actually handed over.

 

If you do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date and do not notify us 24 hours prior to the arrival date, we reserve the right to re-list the accommodation.
Any departure after 2 p.m. will be charged an additional night at the current rate.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, weather events, legal or administrative decisions that may disrupt, interrupt, or prevent your stay, cancel or modify activities, or remove certain activities or facilities.

 

Any complaint regarding a stay must be sent to us within 10 days of the end of your stay, via the satisfaction survey that will be automatically sent to you by email on the Monday following the end of your stay.

 

Our Customer Service team will do its best to process your complaint within 3 months.

 

After contacting Customer Service by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, and failing a satisfactory response within 3 months, the customer may contact the campsite's mediator:

Referral to a court by either party shall be in accordance with the provisions of Articles 46 and 48 of the French Code of Civil Procedure.

 

MODIFICATION OF STAY

Any change of destination is possible up to 14 days before arrival and must be confirmed in writing or by email to the campsite.
The first change is free. A €27 rebooking fee will apply for the second change and beyond, which is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION OF STAY

In the event of cancellation prior to arrival, interruption of stay, or postponement of arrival, regardless of the cause (illness, accident, or unforeseen event), the tenant will be required to pay the balance of the reservation and no refund will be granted.

 

However, if you subscribe to the Cancellation Guarantee, you are guaranteed:
- a refund of the amounts paid, excluding administration fees and Cancellation Guarantee.
- a pro rata refund of the planned rental amount, excluding administration fees, Cancellation Guarantee, and cleaning fees, if you must vacate the rented accommodation before the scheduled expiration date.
The guarantee applies if the impediment concerns the client, their spouse, the persons designated on the rental agreement, their ascendants or descendants, or those of their spouse, and is caused by one of the following causes:
- Death, an illness unknown at the time the stay was booked, or a personal injury occurring after the booking;
- Death of the client's brothers, sisters, sons-in-law, or daughters-in-law.
- A summons to administrative, judicial, military, or jury duty.
- Impediment justified by dismissal, transfer of the client or their spouse, or by the bankruptcy of the company of which the client is the manager.
- To be effective, the guarantee, in the event of illness or personal injury, must be supported by a medical prescription dated less than one month before the arrival date.


 

All cancellations MUST be notified in writing to the manager of your accommodation. To benefit from the cancellation guarantee, you must inform the campsite (or residence) of the reason for cancellation 24 hours before your arrival.
You have 10 days from the date of cancellation to provide us with REAL proof (medical, death, or employer certificate).

INTERNAL REGULATIONS

Each campsite has internal regulations posted at reception. As a campsite guest, these are binding on you.
In the event that a guest disrupts the stay of other users, engages in physical or verbal violence, threatens our staff or customers, or engages in any behavior that endangers the safety of people and/or property, they will be immediately expelled.

 

* PETS: Please note! Pets are prohibited on some of our campsites (they are prohibited everywhere around the swimming pools, restrooms, and food service areas). Check before your arrival. When permitted, they must be kept on a leash at all times. You may be asked for your vaccination record at any time. A maximum of two pets are allowed per accommodation or pitch. Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited in France.

 

* No additional tents, vehicles, or persons are permitted on rental sites without the campsite's approval.

 

* For safety and insurance reasons, the number of occupants cannot exceed the capacity provided for each type of accommodation (including newborns). If this is not the case upon arrival, the campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the accommodation.

 

* Barbecues may be prohibited on some campsites (check with the campsite). Any additional electrical equipment must be approved by the campsite manager before arrival.

 

* Throughout the campsite, children are under the responsibility and supervision of their parents.

 

* Electric Vehicles: Following several serious accidents caused by illegal charging of electric vehicles using campsite outlets, we remind you that our accommodations are not suitable for charging electric or hybrid vehicles.


This can:
• Cause damage to the vehicle,
• Cause serious accidents in the mobile home (explosion, fire, short circuits),
• Cause significant damage to the campsite's electrical network

 

Our insurance does not cover any damage caused by vehicle charging.

 

The entire loss is the sole and complete responsibility of the vehicle owner.

 

For these reasons and for your safety, it is strictly prohibited to charge the battery of an electric or hybrid vehicle by plugging it into a campsite's electrical outlet.

 

In the event of a violation, we will invoice and debit your credit card for €100.

NATURIST BEHAVIOUR AND CONDUCT

Our naturist establishments are approved according to certain criteria by the French Naturist Federation, 26 Rue Paul Belmondo, 75012 Paris, under No. 59 of 09.01.69, the management reserves the right to refuse access or exclude any person whose behavior is in disagreement with the naturist criteria. We ask people who have piercings on their private parts, out of respect for everyone and especially for children, to remove them during their stay.

AQUATIC CENTER

Nudity is mandatory in the pools, as is the wearing of a wristband. We remind you that the pools and slides can be dangerous. The guest will be held liable for failure to comply with the rules for using the slides or the pool regulations. A warning will be issued and must be signed by the guest upon arrival.

 

Infant children must wear diapers specially designed for swimming, to ensure hygiene standards. Children who cannot swim MUST wear armbands. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult.

 

Some slides have specific usage conditions (size, age), such as Spacebowl, Tsunami, Racer, Twister, Rafter, Crazy Cone, Firebowl, and Magic Cone. Please inquire at the campsite.

 

Day visitors are not allowed access to the aquatic areas for insurance reasons.

 

The campsite may occasionally close a waterslide or pool in the event of unforeseen technical issues that could result in a lack of safety or hygiene.
Access to the aquatic areas is strictly prohibited outside of opening and closing hours.

INSURANCE

LIBRANOO declines all liability in the event of theft, fire, natural events, natural disasters, force majeure, or any incident for which the customer is responsible, and will not bear the cost of damage.

 

It is the customer's responsibility to take out insurance covering:
* the consequences of their civil liability;
* damage to their personal belongings while on vacation;
* their rental liability as an occupant (rental risks).

 

The client must therefore check with their insurance company to ensure that such coverage is available as part of their Home Insurance policy and its terms of coverage (capital subscribed and scope of coverage).
If this is not the case, the tenant is required to insure against the risks inherent to their occupancy. These include: accident, theft, loss, and damage to personal belongings (suitcases, objects, furniture, valuables, vehicles, bicycles, civil liability, etc.).

 

They must also insure against any damage they may cause to the rental accommodation or the campsite, whether caused by themselves or their companions (rental risk insurance). Guests must provide proof of insurance upon first request.

 

When renting or lending bicycles/barbecues, guests are required to insure against theft, loss, or damage. In the event of theft of bicycles or any other personal belongings, the campsite's insurance will not apply. We therefore advise you to carefully check the holiday extension of your home insurance.

IMPORTANT NOTE

No brochure or website is immune to possible typos, omissions, or printing errors. Only the rental agreement confirming the reservation serves as the contractual document. We are not immune to gross errors beyond our control.

Personal data and GDPR regulations

We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data and ensure strict compliance with current regulations.

 

Libranoo, the campsites affiliated with Libranoo and Capfun, are responsible for data processing and handle all information with the utmost confidentiality.

 

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer. Their email address is dpo@capfun.com. They will respond to all your questions as quickly as possible. This email address is shared between capfun.com and libranoo.com, and all Capfun and Libranoo campsites.

 

What data is collected?

 

On libranoo.com, by phone or on our campsite website :

When you make a reservation on Libranoo.com, with our call center, on a campsite's direct website, or by telephone with a campsite, we collect the following personal data :

  • Name and surname (of the person making the reservation and accompanying persons)
  • Date of birth (of the person making the reservation and accompanying persons)
  • Email (from the booking author only)
  • Mailing address (optional) (of the author of the reservation only)
  • Phone (of the booking author only)

 

Satisfaction surveys – following your stay we will ask you questions

Our customers' opinions are essential and allow us to improve.
Following your stay, we will email you three times requesting you to complete a satisfaction survey. If you respond, we will store your feedback on your stay for five years.
This notice is available for consultation by LIBRANOO customer service and management teams.
It is relayed on the site avis.capfun.com, on libranoo.com and on the campsite website in an anonymous form. (We do not see your email or your name) - It thus transparently allows our new customers to see what you thought of us.
When you submit your review, you have the option to check an option that specifies that you do not want your review to appear on avis.capfun.com. In this case, your review will not be made public.
On your CliX account and in our systems we store :

  • The history of your stays over the last 5 years
  • The satisfaction surveys you responded to following your vacations over the past 5 years.

 

If you are applying to one of our campsites.

Our website carriere.capfun.com allows you to apply for positions at one of our campsites or at our headquarters. We collect the following information for this purpose.

  • First and last name
  • Date of birth
  • address
  • Mailing adresse
  • CV
  • Cover letter

This information can be viewed by campsite management teams and CAPFUN's HR department. It is deleted after 18 months.

 

Information we do not store:
All your payment information (credit card numbers) is not stored on our servers but with our banking partner without the LIBRANOO teams having access to it.

LIBRANOO has appropriate policies and technical organizational measures to safeguard and protect your personal data against unlawful or unauthorized access, accidental loss or destruction, damage, unauthorized use and unlawful disclosure.
 
In any case, the user is informed that any data transmission over the Internet is not completely secure and as such is carried out at his or her own risk. Although we do our best to protect your personal data, LIBRANOO cannot guarantee the security of personal data transmitted via our website.
 
 
Password Policy
Because a password is sensitive, and no computer system is inviolable despite our efforts, we have chosen to generate a secure password for you when you create your Clix account.
 
It will be sent to you by email only. Lost your password? We'll regenerate it for you on this page (https://www.capfun.com/clix/connexion.php) and then resend it to you by email. We do not want to store your personal passwords on our servers.
 
This way, if our machines are hacked, our attackers won't be able to hack into your other personal accounts (email, Facebook, etc.).

Your data is not transferred outside the European Union. You can view it in your Clix personal space at any time.
 
 
How long do we keep your data?
We will only retain your data for as long as necessary to perform our services or as required by law. After this period, your personal data will be deleted. We cannot delete your data if there is a legal retention obligation, for example, if it is required by accounting law or if there is a legal reason to retain the data, such as an ongoing contractual relationship.
Data relating to customers who have taken a vacation with LIBRANOO is kept for 10 years if and only if there has been at least one stay in the last 5 years.
 

If you have not purchased from LIBRANOO for the last 5 years, all your data will be deleted.
 

Data relating to the carrière.capfun.com website or if you apply to LIBRANOO is kept for 18 months and then deleted after this period.

Right to image
The client expressly authorizes LIBRANOO to photograph or film them during their stay, free of charge, and to use the photos, videos, or audio on any media, for a period of 5 years. This authorization also applies to all persons staying with the client. Its purpose is to promote LIBRANOO.
If you do not want us to share your photos in any way, simply notify our campsite manager upon your arrival. If, despite this, a photo of you or one of your companions accidentally appears on one of our marketing materials, a simple email to dpo@capfun.com will be enough for us to immediately remove the photo or video. Modification of the legal notices
Libranoo may modify its legal notices at any time, particularly if the current legislation changes. Any changes will be posted on the Site or communicated to you by email.
 
In accordance with Law 2014-344 of March 17, 2014, you can request to object to telephone canvassing by registering on the BLOCTEL list.(www.bloctel.gouv.fr)

In application of the law of March 11, 1957 (art. 41) and the intellectual property code of July 1, 1992, any partial or total reproduction for collective use is strictly prohibited without authorization from the company Capfun / Libranoo.
 
The logos, visuals, and trademarks present on this site are the property of their respective owners. This site may, without its knowledge, have been linked to other sites through hyperlinks.
